We
have had a really positive first day back. I am pleased that everyone is well
rested and keen to start Term Two. Today has been a very productive day.
Students
settled into class quickly. Then after an overview of the term and a number of reminders
we launched into what should be another exciting term.

We started exploring fractions in maths.
·
After play there was a brief assembly regarding chocolate
selling.
·
When we returned to class there was an introductory session
on Explanations, our writing focus.
·
We went to the library for a book talk and to issue new books
·
In the afternoon we started setting up individual websites
before continuing our 'Inside War' unit from last term, with a focus on propaganda.
